Baron des Bulles est un carlin particulièrement attendrissant. Il vit aux côtés de la petite Bella depuis leur première rencontre, lors d'un événement sur l'adoption d'animaux de compagnie. Désormais, ils sont inséparables et le petit chien tient le journal de ses aventures aux côtés de son amie humaine. Dans cet opus, aujourd'hui, il neige et Bella déborde de joie, mais pas Bul, car il n'aime pas la neige froide et mouillée. En plus, dans la cour du voisin, il y a une nouvelle bête effrayante.
